Plumeria forum: Transplanted Gold Aztec Plumeria

Have had cutting for 3 weeks and leaves are growing quite large.
When I transplsnted today found that roots are VERY miniscule.
Should I water ir feed it?

Water, but sparingly; don't feed until you see vigorous new growth.
