I have had this crawling plant for 6 years and it just decided to pop out these inflorescences. I didn't even know it could flower. The leaves are waxy and it doesn't grow much during the year but in the summer it usually has a growth spurt.
Can anyone ID it, I've never seen anything like it before.

Congratulations: your green treasure is a Hoya carnosa.

It's a hoya but I don't know what variety it is.

Congratulations! After the flowers fall off, leave the spur that was the center of the flower head. The plant will bloom again and again on those same spurs - the spurs often get 3 or 4 inches long after repeated bloomings. I have one that I acquired as a teenager making it over 50 years old. Its never been repotted but as they are epiphytic, it's not really a problem.

I agree, your lovely plant is a Wax Plant (Hoya carnosa) You may detect fragrance from those blooms in the evening and at night. Many Hoyas are deliciously fragrant; they attract night pollinators (moths, etc.) so the fragrance is usually highest at night. Also, as Daisy stated, once the blooms drop, Do Not prune or cut off the peduncle (some call it a bloom spur), it's shaped like a tiny microphone and it's where future blooms will form.

carnosas take a long time to bloom indoors. If you want more blooms - put it somewhere where it can get sev hours of sun indoors. outdoor in partsun it will bloom it's head off and can grow 10' long :).
