buds that form turn brown and drop so no flowers. Also leaves turning brown and dropping off. What should I do?

Hi chappaqua, Welcome!

I wonder if it could be a spider mite issue? They are sometimes extremely difficult to see but they feed on the buds which turn brown/black and then drop off.
