My Raspberry leaves began to curl at the top. I looked up the problem online and it said Aphids and that the curling is a virus spread by Aphids. I checked my raspberry plants for Aphids and sure enough little green hoppers.

Can I save my raspberry plants even though the top leaves are starting to curl?

Oh yes, they will recover just fine! My raspberry and gooseberries fight off aphids all the time. The gooseberries had so much curl, I released ladybugs and green lacewings on them in addition to daily checks to just squash and remove aphids with my hands. They cleared way way up. The leaves will likely stay a little curled, but they will be otherwise fine, and new leaves will grow. If you notice any black spots, it is a mildew or fungus from the aphids leaving sweet honeydew on the leaves. Just pluck the leaves and don't compost them. They likely didn't give your plants any disease, the leaves just were curling due to lost moisture as the aphids fed.

Were you able to cure your plants? I'm dealing with the same problem, but it's getting severe.

Yes,

I killed the aphids and moved the raspberries to another location however the berries are not as plump as they used to be.
