I have a Blue Potato Bush that was exposed to a freeze last winter. It is a year old, and lost all its leaves, and has not shown any signs of life..until a few weeks ago. Suckers have begun sprouting around the base. My question is will these grow into a bush, and flower, or should I remove them and get another bush?

It sounds like it is coming back from the roots after freezing back. Give it the care it had before it froze and it should thrive and bloom again.
