The first picture looks like poison ivy.
The second one is not. Poison ivy doesn't have thorns

I have tons of those ... black raspberry and red raspberry ... just picked 2qts of red this morning I tip my hat to you.
My kilt beats the pants off saxon pants especially in summer !
