Hi everyone,

So I bought this Vancouver Centennial Geranium a couple of weeks ago. It takes indirect sun. A few days ago, it started to wither Crying What can I do to revive it?

Thanks!

First I would pinch all the brown leaves off. Does that cup have a drain hole in it. To me looks like over watering. Pelargoniums like to be kept on the dry side. Not sure of your location but I have also found that they do better in part shade morning sun. No hot afternoon sun.

Thank you, Julia. The orange cup doesn't have a drain hole, but the plastic pot was not making contact with any water. Is there anything else I can do apart from removing the dead leaves and reducing its water intake?

It really could use a bigger pot with good draining soil and they do much better outdoors, the leaf color intensifies with exposure to sun light. I usually have mine in morning sun. They are only hardy to zone 9 so either bring it in before the nights get too cold or treat it as an annual.

Thanks, @calif_sue! Anyway the young leaves have started to wither, so I'm guessing it's coming to the end. Sighing!
