I want to add Begonia (series: Million Kisses) (trade name: Blissful) to the database,
but I cannot find the cultivar name on the web..

Well I looked through several PDF files with the Million Kisses series and not one has the Blissful on it.

What now? the database won't accept it without cultivar name..

Just use Million Kisses Blissful (without the trademark after Million Kisses) as the cultivar name.

It's an odd series anyway. It's listed as Million Kisses™ in some places and as Million Kisses® in others.
