As a comment about Lily (Lilium 'Kentucky'), Newyorkrita wrote:

I bought both this orange color and the yellow Honeybee Tango lilies some years ago and have had both for about four years now. I bought them from Van Bourgondien and they definitly list them as Tango lilies. So I don't know why the name change.

I could be mistaken but I think the Tango line is an Asiatic one while Kentucky is an LA lily.

Nothing that's been done can ever be changed.

As far as I know Tango are Asiatics. They bloom with my Asiatics. I honestly do not believe the reclassicication is correct.
