Not many growers of Selenicereus around.
They are night bloomers and this is probably the biggest epiphytic bloom of all,it's huge.
They all bloom mid summer.

Cheers Carol,
I have a few of these. S.Coniflorus is probably the most prolific bloomer and grower, but is prickly.
S.Macdonaldiae is also a great grower, not so prickly and used as a rootstock for grafting zygos and smaller epis. I have had good success grafting small blooming epis onto it.
Selenicereus Coniflorus.

Those are truly amazing Steve, especially the thorny stems.

My season has pretty much finished. Just one or two buds popping here and there.
