CindiKS is right, divide by the roots if you want more of them. But be careful, it will spread! Some of the older "species" varieties are not fertile, so they won't make seeds, but many of the newer varieties can be cross pollinated to make seeds. The newer daylily hybrids are more "tame" and won't take over like these. Fun fact, these are not part of the true lily family, they are hemerocallis, which means "beauty for a day", each bloom only lasts 1 day. Happy Gardening!
