carriganna is loosing leaves, pods are brown and the leaves are falling off. There appears to be black on leaves.

Do you have the weeping kind? I don't know if it matters, but that's the kind that I have. Can you post a picture?

Also, where are you located, what is your climate? What kind of weather have you been having? If the plant new, transplanted, old, young?

The pods are supposed to be brown and falling off now, so that isn't an issue, but the rest sounds like it is.
