And not producing.there small plants.leaves are yellowish green. Everything gets same amount of water.my tomatios and cherry tomatoes are 8 foot tall.my eggplants are doing well.allthough there leaves are speckled yellow like the stunted squash.
I planted more squash midseason with same results.last year by this time my winter squash was a 6 foot covered wall on there trellis. What do y'all think ? Phil in fresno California

I'm having some stubborn squash issues too. Where do you live? Has it been super hot for you too? I think that has been part of it. They need a LOT more water than my other plants need. Also, with more water means more fertilizer. I pushed up the amount of water and that helped, but not enough. I'm going to increase the fertilizer and see what that does too. Do you have pictures?

Do you have Squash bugs?

Squash do need a lot of water but generally they should be easy plants.
