Each year I wait eagerly for the time to be able to have a pot of these tiny white peas and then fry up some cornbread and fry up a pork chop and make homemade pork chop gravy and cook some rice...and pour a glass of ice tea with fresh lemon slices and sit down to a delicious meal!

Here you see the peas shelled, in the pot and then the cornbread fried up!

Looking good; I hate to shell those tiny Ladys, so I I normally use White Acre in that slot. Lot easier to shell and delicious in their own right.
