Can someone identify this plant? Also, it is extremely top heavy. Any suggestions on what I should do with it? Thank you!

Looks like Hen and Chicks to me. Yeah, they do tend to flop around and get top-heavy.

Don't think it's hen and chicks (sempervivum). I would suggest a more tender succulent. Maybe some aeonium? Echeveria?

Looks like an echeveria, (the common name of hen and chicks are actually sempervivums).
Snap them off and replant in fast draining cactus type mix. They root quite easily.

The others are right.your plant wants to spread an make babies.needs bigger pot or be in the ground .morning sun only.and no frost.as it grows thoughs stems that touch the ground will root and.and.pow.make babies.
