I've had First Knight for about 4 years. Up to this year it has been a sparse bloomer and a slow increaser but this year it has taken off. Last winter was milder and there has been an abundance of moisture this spring and summer so that may account for its better performance. I do love it's flower which is such a pretty yellow and white, and a nice frilly edge.

It's a bit shorter than registered here. Does okay, but not a fast multiplier. The edge, while it seems modest compared with more recent intros, still attracts with its glitter, and the base color is a bright but smooth color.
