I like the leaves on this tree, they're very different. The berries are green now but turn red and the birds eat them like crazy. Any idea what type of tree it is? Thanks in advance!

It looks like a Creteagus sp. (Hawthorn). Some have very large stipules (the leafy appendages where the leaf stem meets the twig), like Cretaegus monagyna.
