what type of salad would be better to put in the winter?
I'm writing from Tuscany (Italy)
and I would want to know about american Salad to grow in Italy.

If I read the maps correctly, Tuscany covers an area roughly from Florence to the south of Rome, which would put you in zone 9a or 9b
