Now I've joined Cubits because I didn't want to miss out just in case

i'm not joining 'cuz i kmow i'll buy more, and REALLY there's no more room @ the inn. i started out this season only buying six; to experiment.

but the "experiment" quickly went from my first order of three plus bonus, to forty-three, in one fell swoop. and to think i was going to spread out my buying to the next three years! lol there's been an iris explotion around here. hopefully the minis will do ok. then as bonnie suggests, i can have more.

have to wait til next spring. "that's all folks" ( i think i've seen that 'name' round here somewhere?) like another iris? hmmmm

Oh Daphne -- join in on the fun. I'm not going to order any this year -- but it's so much fun to watch to see what's being offered, and the frantic buying at the split second that the sale opens!! It's quite the event!!!

Now tell me again when is that split second??? lol

I don't need another one to plant either but I am sure going to look.

I will put on blinders this year. I must must must as I have over 100 in pots and space for 35 more tomorrow in my new bed. The expansion of the back bed will give me maybe 30 more. That means some iris will still be in pots. And some will be in their second year in the pots.

A big thank god to Home Depot and their free pots!

And I need to add that I have been blessed with some really amazing iris this year from friends and vendors. I really have quite a bounty of riches for which I am grateful.

Free pots?? I thought I had found a bargain at a dime each! lol

Actually, I do have an Iris with an appropriate name. Out of Control.

The list of sale irises will be posted just one week from today!
