I agree with frostweed. Mulberry tree. I have them all over my place. It's most likely a cross between a red and an alba.

I agree, it does look like Morus (Mulberry), my first thought was M. rubra, the leaves can be variable.

I know! I'm still figuring out mine too!
I actually believe that I have a Paper Mulberry, though they say it's only hardy to zone 7.

It's not Red Mulberry as the leaves of that plant are hairy on the dorsal side. It's most likely the ubiquitous White Mulberry (Morus alba).
