How about posting a picture of the plant, and also telling us where you are located, please? Both will help us to help you.

Is your plant the New Guinea Impatiens (Impatiens hawkeri) ? A photo would surely help in identifying the problem. Yellowing leaves can be caused by many things; too much water, too little water, etc. Fading and dying blooms are a natural occurrence; you can let the old blooms fall or remove them.

Indoor in a pot? Outdoors in the ground?

Is it summer or fall where you are, dry or wet?

Sorry for the cross-examination, but it helps to know.
