people say by propagating Anthurium and Bird of Paradise the blooming will be after two or three years. In the absence of bulbs, I'm getting imported seeds if these varieties. What to do for early flowering.

There's really nothing you can do to speed up Mother Nature. By giving your seedlings optimum care, you can shoot for the two year mark instead of the three year mark but that's about it.
