Poison Bulb Lily. As a house plant. Bought this years ago on a whim. I read that it will easily lose it variegation, it does. Gets some back with more light. Never had it flower which seems like the main reason people have this plant. Lots of pups. 8" pot for reference. Takes up a lot of room in my small place. Maybe I should give up having it s a house plant. Any info will be appreciated. Someone want a pup, send me a Tree Mail. Or, make me an offer for the whole thing. Gene

Could it be as a lily, it would like a bigger pot. Maybe you should repot it and give it one more year! Those blooms look like something you would love.

I read an article about your Bulb Lily tonight, Gene. Here is the link. http://plantcaretoday.com/grow... It sounds like the plant may be a little needy, but wow, it also sounds like the blooms would be amazing, to watch unfold. It is related to the Amaryllis family. I just know your going to get this plant to bloom.
And if after you succeed at that, You can always sell it for more space in the house. I saw 2 yr old plants going for $30.00 or more.

Yes, my first plant (mom) cost me $40. Just mailed out some tall pups. One person said that they had been looking for this rare plant for years. Sent me postage + $.50. Sigh. Gene
