Connie love it! Great job! I have a couple but don't even remember which ones they were...I'll figure that out next week sometime! I tip my hat to you.

Just a reminder... I did not do surgery on this semp! The bloom stalk was cut off after it nearly bloomed out and I did not want seed spilling all over. This semp did this ALL on its own without nosy interference from me!!

Here again is the photo taken a while back showing the stalk and mature chicks starting to form at its base.

Very cool Connie. My 'Devil's Touch' grew offsets something like that, without blooming. Last week I separated them and planted the offsets. Sure hope they root before winter.

Here is my Canada Kate and I clipped this bloom stalk when it already had open flowers, I think some types of semps have an easier time producing chicks than others!

The brown in the photo is the dead bloom stalk the 3 chicks in front are attached to it.

'Canada Kate' is a great semp for sturdiness, production and a beautiful soft pallet of color. And now we can add "Produces offsets from bloom stalk."

Haha Lynn exactly!! Hurray! By July mine has gone green and stays that way all winter, so I was surprised this spring when it was such a pretty pink toned plant!
I tip my hat to you.
