While it has been slow to increase it is a beautiful plant. I get high bud count for more bloom time. It's a beautiful pink with huge flowers!

I'm not sure if I had a Senior Moment when I did my previous entry on this subject (lol), but this time I will stay on subject.
Webster's Pink Wonder did exceptionally well the first four years in my garden. It went from 2 fans to over two dozen during that time and bloomed it's head off. Yes, the bud count is low, but it produces a ton of scapes in varying heights and displays the flowers well. In it's fifth year it started to decline and by the sixth year was a shadow of it's former self. It has subsequently come back to the level it was at in it's fourth year. What made it recover was an increase in fertilizer to 1.5 times what I give the other plants. My biggest long-standing complaint about it is that it is almost as hard as Primal Scream to get Pods/Seeds from. If it were more fertile I would give it an A+.

It doesn't get to 13 inches here, more like 10, bud count isn't great, but it does send up several scapes, increase is slow to average for me.
I have never been able to set a pod on it but others told me that have, typical for me with Webster plants, I have used the pollen with success.
My best kid is the bottom two picture's (Harvest Moth x Webster's Pink Wonder)

2021 update…it liked the spot! This summer WPW started blooming July 10 to July 28 and produced 16 flowers. I'm hoping it will add more fans and provide a longer show next year. I like the color and shape and the scapes held up despite lots of pounding rain this summer.

2022 update… a very happy plant.WPW added another fan this year, so now it is at 6. It bloomed prolifically from July 7 - 26. I counted 45 flowers. Super happy with this and it's performance.

2023 update…still going great guns, WPW is now up to 8 fans. This summer it bloomed fro July 5-23 and I counted at least 54 blooms on it…I'd say that's pretty great! Scapes are pretty tall and the flowers mostly stay out of each other's way.
