I have been trying to find a resource that can identify a succulent house plant for me. Can anyone tell me what the plant pictured below is? I greatly appreciate any assistance. I believe it originally came from the Southwest US.

Looks like Hoya carnosa 'Compacta' and it appears to be variegated as well. A lovely plant.
