I like all the seasons...miss fall leaves here in the south, but my favorite "season" is when I can open the doors and windows and leave them open 24/7. I really hate running the heat and a/c....let the breezes blow Whistling Whistling

HOWEVER....one must watch out for critters comming to visit. We no longer have a screen in the sliding glass door...150lb dog took it out and would NOT go through the opening for 3 days without a leash and dragged. We have had birds, lizzards, and snakes come in to say HELLO. Not a problem as long as the 4-legged kids weren't there to greet them. Hilarious! Hilarious! Rolling my eyes.

Actually it was pretty funny at the time, but yes the poor baby was traumatised. We now have a red nose pit who can open the glass door...can't close it again so late night trips to the bathroom include a head count (we have 4 dogs) and making sure the door is closed Hilarious! Hilarious! and a hope that nothing has come calling that we might step on in the dark Blinking Whistling

Yikes!
I am a strong believer in the simple fact is that what matters in this life is how we treat others. I think that's what living is all about. Not what I've done in my life but how I've treated others. ~~ Sharon Brown
