Hi and welcome. I did a quick search of a few online nurseries that specialize in tropicals, and none of them have it. If you have a specialty nursery in your area I'd suggest you contact them and ask if they can find the plant for you. Otherwise you could e-mail someone at www.glasshouseworks.com and ask. They have the best selection of unusual hibiscus I found just now.

Btw, I think the full name is Hibiscus rosa-sinensis "Barry's Fairy Dust" or at least that's the only one I could find in our plant database with "fairy dust" in the name.
