After rolling backwards down the boulder wall several weeks ago I told my DH to yell outside about ever hour or so and ask "you still alive" and if I don't answer to come looking for me I call those instances my tuck and roll falls

Oh, you all laugh at yourselves so easily. Had me laughing out loud. I have been under the weather with a flu. This was good medicine.

WHAT is it about getting older and falling? The older I get the more I fall, or at least lose my balance, wobble, and look funny. I go from gung ho physical yard work, to high heels and a business suit. I am trying hard to be graceful in both worlds and not doing a very good job at it. I find unexplained bruises on myself all the time. I'm healthy. Just klutzy. Once the doc ordered a bone scan simply because I kept falling and breaking a ankle/foot/toe bones, 5 times over a period of 5 years. Great bone scan results diagnosed me as a Klutz.

That weed almost got revenge on me for every weed I've ever pulled.

How many times have we all taken a pretty nasty spill, and laid there a few seconds, accessing the damage. When we realize we are ok, get right back up as if nothing happened and continue the chore, keeping the whole episode to ourselves.

That's until you start limping from the fall and have to confess

I am just getting over annoying twists to both knees separately and getting back to yardwork again.

The left knee is back to normal, the right one is still annoying. And I had so many plans for serious yardwork this year. Sigh.

Half good news is better than no good news. Hope the other knee feels better soon. There is so much to do outside right now it's frustrating to be in pain or under the weather. Get better
