I would just head for your local garden center or Home Depot Plant section and ask for 'dormant oil'.

did not want to start new thread for this but i live in central florida we had some real cool temp and possible frost and my small plumeria decided to drop and go to sleep i was all ready to un pot and store and we get a rain storm so i decided to let dry back out well here comes the 80-85 weather and guess what my plumeria are waking back up!!!!! oh my that was the shortest winter in history 2 weeks???

Yeah that is pretty much par for the course. You just want them to go to sleep before the real cold snaps come...

yea and i would like to be recovered from my surgery to be able to un pot them they cut me on DEC 16 now!?!?!i should be ok if not ill be yelling for help for sure
