I RECENTLY BOUGHT A PLANT AND WAS TOLD IT WAS A PINK CORN PLANT BUT CAN'T FIND ANYTHING LISTED UNDER THAT NAME EXCEPT CORN. I WOULD LIKE TO FIND INFO ON IT, THE PLANT AND BLOOM ARE BEAUTIFUL. I HAVE ATTACHED A PICTURE OF IT.
THE SECOND PICTURE IS WHAT I THOUGHT WAS AN AMARILLAS BUT IT HAS NEVER HAD A BLOOM THAT LOOKS THE WAY IT DID THIS YEAR. I WONDER WHAT IT IS NOW.
They can grow into a large shrub like plant if you live where the winters are warm.

The Hymenocallis are also known as Peruvian daffodils. Again, they're pretty cold sensitive so if you get cold winters, you'd best plan to dig them up and bring them indoors.

I believe Peruvian Daffodils are genus Ismene. There are about 16 Hymenocallis native to the US and 1 exotic. Mostly southern states, but Hymenocallis occidentalis can be found as far north as southern Illinois and Indiana, I think around zones 6a or 6b.
I have several of the Peruvian daffodils in large pots in my flower garden, zone 8b/9a California. They bloom reliably and are one of my favorites, such pretty flowers!
