Somewhat unusual, but happens more often than you would think. Since the 100% variegated pup has no chlorophyl whatsoever you should not separate it from mom, if you do, it will almost certainly die.

That sport is ultra cool. Is there a chance as the plant matures it may green up on the older leaves?

Gene,
What has happened that might make this happen? Many people try to get variegation in offsets. This is extreme. And unfortunately very weak and easy to rot. Needs more green to keep healthy.
