Amaranth (red stem ) or Lamb's Quarter ? Backs of leaves are whitish silver top of leaf , medium green

The leaves don't look like Lamb's quarters to me.

I am thinking a smooth amaranth They resemble Lamb's quarters #1 here ,, Lamb's quarters #2 won't grow where this plant is ,
Any help appreciated
