I just tried to search by year of introduction: 2004 for example
pulled up 2158 plants.
Then I tired to search by year of introduction and with a rust rating of 1.0, pulled up two plants: But neither of them actually have a 1.0 rust rating.
No matter what decimal figure I put in I got the same two plants listed when I tried to include the year of introduction of 2004. I think using different years and rust ratings resulted in similar wierd results.

I tried another year, 2005, and just one came up but it also didn't have a rust rating.

When @Dave has a chance, maybe he can check out what's causing those odd results.

Ok, I see the bug. This is definitely going to be a challenging fix, but I'll get to it as soon as I can.

Ok I feel pretty confident that this is fixed now, along with a few other bugs that were related to this issue.
