We have a lot of time to fill before the swap and I'm going to try to post one game a week, usually on the weekend.

Our first game will last several weeks. People who have not joined yet will still be able to participate in this one up to November 30. Swap members can answer immediately. If you guess between now and November 30, you can submit one revision up until midnight Eastern November 30. Please post your guess on this thread and post here and email me if you make a revision.

Simple game-
How many swap members will we have when we go active on January 1, 7:00 pm EST?

Things to consider:
This swap was posted one week ago and has 16 members at this point.
We will have other swappers join, but there are almost always a few who drop out over the course of time.
Last year we had 25 total swappers.

The prize for the winner of this game will be 15 commercial seeds of Dianthus x isensis, Dancing Geisha.

Updated guesses for Number of Participants game.

Another simple game. The player who guesses closest to the actual number will receive 100 zip lock seed envies with matte white writing block in their return envelope.

Guess how many Ipomoea nil seeds I harvested today. You have until Monday night, October 3rd at 7:00 pm eastern to make your guess.

That's funny, Ronnie. I estimated about 240 as well (actually ~ 60 per quarter.) I'll go with 233. Shrug! ...for the seed game not the participants game! Hilarious!

Also funny, in the participants game, I had decided to go with 37 but then saw that Sue had beat me to it. (I'll return later with a guess.)

So, I may not be good at guessing the answers, but I seem to be good at reading your minds! Blinking (enter creepy Twilight Zone music - do, do, do, do)

Or, wait a minute!!! Maybe you all are reading MY mind! Blinking Blinking Blinking

Yikes! Where's my aluminum foil hat? I tip my hat to you. Ahhhhh, that's better. Big Grin

Whew! Thank goodness she missed capturing the image of the fabulous plume at the top of my hat! If anyone guesses the secret word on that plume, I would have to send them an acorn! Acorn

I just finished counting the seeds in that bowl. Fall break is this week and into next so most of my seed harvesting is about to take place. I'm getting the heck out of Dodge on Wednesday, though, and won't be back until Monday, so no game for next weekend unless someone else has one. (Like naming Danita's plume??? Hilarious! )

I'll be offering this mix of I. nils from that bowl in the swaps. I wasn't able to garden much this summer and planted several together when I ran out of time. Here are some photos of flowers the seeds were collected from. There was a particularly fine heavily diamond dusted light pink too, but I must not have taken a photo.

Hilarious! Hilarious! Hilarious! That's pretty funny, Christine, but, no hair dye... yet!

Clue: The word on this plume is written in blue.
