Welcome Cipher!
Daniel and I have daylily seeds listed as well. They don't come true from seed so you can look at the parents listsed and dream of what kids they might produce. Each seed from a cross will be different. Be warned. Growing daylilies from seed can be an addiction. There is nothing like seeing a seedling blooming for the first time and knowing there is no other plant on earth exactly like it. Lovey dubby

This is my first swap. I think I have finally figured it out with the the help of certain members and the video posted on "how to."

At this point, I am mostly overwhelmed by all the scientific names. For the past 15 years I have been a blissfully ignorant gardener. That is to say that I accepted plants from neighbors and friends and bought plants that said "Mums" - yellow, etc... I am this year new to collecting seeds and I am addicted. Problem is, I have a lot of what is common. So, instead of a wish list of what I want, I actually think it's easier to say what I would kindly rather not have. I hope that is ok?

I would like to have any flowers except for:

- Mums
- Yellow Coreopsis

I would love to have any herb seeds, especially cilantro

I do not need any veggie seeds
Thank You!

Hi Terri

Actually, you get to pick each trade so you get things you do want.

If you go to "Access the full tradelist for this swap", you can see everything that's listed as being offered.
http://garden.org/apps/swap/sw...

Umm, I see "16 pages", so I think we have 1,600 varieties offered!

If you click on the "stars" there, the swap system will remember what you starred. Then, when trading begins (tomorrow!), if you look at your "wish list", you'll see just the items that you starred, "five stars first", followed by those you gave four stars, and so on. That lets you do the actual trading with a single click, from your wishlist!

If you use a "Search term:" like "cilantro", and click on "Update View", you'll see all the cilantro offered. (Sorry, none so far, but someone may see this and add some.) Searching on common names usually does work!
