I've been watching to see reports on this one. It is new to my garden this fall, so I can't report on how it blooms. It did take right off almost as soon as I planted it, & looks nice & lush now as if it has been here all along.

I pulled 12 dead scapes from my plant today. The scapes looked short to me but still averaged 24 inches tall, only 2 way branching and only had a bud count of 7. There were no seed pods on any of the scapes, but I did find 9 rebloom scapes growing on it. I did notice a few of the scapes had the buds forming in a cluster.
I have had this plant since April 2015, so I think it is underperforming currently, maybe by next year it will improve all the stats.

Fleiz Navidad has been a disappointment. I planted it in a prime spot in June of 2021, and it has never bloomed. It has, however, been a rust bucket. I don't recommend it.
