It is some type of wild Poinsettia; maybe Euphorbia heterophylla

Definitely Euphorbia sp.
Looks like Euphorbia cyathophora.

It looks like Wild Poinsettia (Euphorbia cyathophora) to me also.

For comparisin, here's a link to the database for another one with the common name of "Wild Poinsettia": Summer Poinsettia (Euphorbia heterophylla)

I think it is Euphorbia cyathophora, also. And just to let you know, the species is extremely variable throughout the continent, so don't expect yours to look just like any certain photo. Here is what the species looks like in Minnesota:
