My DH just wants to eat them fresh but I would like to do some baking with them - so for those who love persimmons, what's your favorite recipe for them?

My DH likes them that way - fresh of the tree. I found a reciope for a persimmon cake and it was delicious - moist and not too sweet. I even added fresh persimmon on top, yum.
