Enjoyed your memories and it brought back so many of my own.

We had a swing on our front porch when I was growing up. It was wicker. Mom painted it. It also had big thick cushions and hung from a metal A frame type thingy.

Oh the memories of that swing - laying down on lazy summer afternoons and reading Nancy Drew and I remember the summer I read To Kill a Mockingbird. Friends, boyfriends, stories shared, etc.

We finally got a swing for our own front porch this summer.

Glad you got the swing, Vic. You and Hank might need it for your 'golden years'.

Thanks for reading it.
