Let's take a trip this week to Oregon and visit the lovely gardens created by Lynn Smith and her husband, Cliff. It's always fun to step out of our own climate to see what grows well in another, and sometimes it's even more fun to see what our climates have in common. You are going to love what you see!

Someday, Lynn, my granddaughter and I will pay you a return visit and see the rest of your gardens. We only had a brief look at the Sempervivum beds with our limited time last July. I hadn't realized there was so much more! By the way, my gift Semps are all looking happy!

Of all the things I've lost, I miss my mind the most.

i am so glad they are doing well for you Mary. : )
I look forward to seeing you and your wonderful grand daughter come good weather next year. There will be many more named cultivars for you to see and take home with you next year. Let me know if you would like to try some of the other plants.
