Not sure of the parentage since I can't find the tag, but I'm betting one of them (probably seed parent) is 'Mr. Hughes'.

I gues it's a semi-double. I'd put this one squarely in the "NBNS" category (Nice But Nothing Special). Color is very peachy/salmony more than anything. It's a little beat up from the full day of rain we had the other day, but not too bad. I can't remember if this one has bloomed before or not. It did surprise me when the scape poppped up a few weeks ago, though!

Very nice. Last year I crossed Picotee x Naranja -- seedlings are doing well, but I guess it will take another 2 years to see what I get. Just this month I made 3 other crosses -- 2 of them with Papilio. I know Papillio does not cross well -- so far it looks like I might get some seeds, but I know the seeds often fail halfway through, so I guess I just need to wait to see. I do wish there was more info available on Amaryllis genetics.

Looks like I will be having some new seedlings soon. I have made several crosses with Picotee - trying to get an orange/apricot colored flower with the red hairline picotee. We shall see. In about 3 years though. By then someone will probably already have developed one.
