Great stuff, Rik. Purple Serenade is a truly magnificent iris and one of my absolute favorites. I'm sure you will enjoy it a lot.

What do you do if it gets really cold after they start growing? Do they need protection?

I place the seedlings in pots in the garden on a Sunny dry place out of the cold wind .
In the month of July I plant them out in the garden
