I have Silverado and Uncle Charlie, unfortunately only one of them is blooming this year and I don't know which one it is. It is really fragrant though, is either of these fragrant?

I love iris fragrance so I am a bit embarrassed to say I don't remember what Silverado smells like. *Blush* Hasn't bloomed in a few years.

Looking at the database Silverado is not listed as being fragrant and Uncle Charlie is listed as being Slight Sweet in fragrance. I don't grow either so I can only look up the data.

I grow Silverado, have for 4 years now and if it finally decides to bloom this year, I'll try to remember to give it a good sniff! Crossing Fingers!

Well it has a strong fragrance, but I really think it is Silverado that is blooming, so who knows. Does anyone have any tips on telling them apart?

My Silverado just opened its first ever bloom and the fragrance is mild sweet floral.

Hope this helps! Crossing Fingers!
