It's an irregular double or peony form.

I think this is Debutante, an old and popular variety, it's also on the Florida list.

Looks like it but the only problem is the links say it blooms in early spring. I took the pictures a few days ago..

But this is in Florida, even early spring bloomers can bloom in the autumn here.

It's early to mid season, upright, medium size full peony, light pink, vigorous, adapted to S. Florida. And I had it but it died!
