I'm fine. It was just a little fall and thankfully I only had a scraped knee and elbow. I was walking out the door (a single step down) with my camera in one hand and a plant in the other and I miss-stepped and fell onto the cement pool deck. I just need to try to train myself to be more diligent and pay better attention!

Ouch!
Nothing like an actual fall to raise awareness.. for a while anyway Smiling

No blooms yet on Phalaenopsis. I looked at them in Homedepot yesterday but 25 bucks, .. I was too cheap to do it. Hilarious!
Plant it and they will come.

Interesting. That's how I usually see them @ L's. Were the ones @ HD in pots?

I finally got my Rainbow Peperomia into a bigger pot. It had been in a 6 inch pot since I got it, but it hasn't given me many new leaves in the last year. I think this new 8 inch pot will help. It's a bean pot from the thrift store.

Thumbs up Nice pot and that plant looks really great in it! Did you drill drainage holes in the bottom? I used to have a similar bean pot (not as nice as yours) but I used mine as a cache pot. I think mine is still in a storage cabinet in the garage, along with a bunch of other stuff; I'll have to dig through the cabinets tomorrow and see if I can find it. Smiling

Oh yes. I used a 1\4 inch bit to make 4 holes in the bottom. I don't do well with cache pots.

I agree, very cute and the right size for the plant. I don't have that plant now, but did find those pretty adaptable.
I'm like Lin, I love the cache pot method. I get a bit wound up over having the plastic pot fit J U U U S S S T right though Smiling
Plant it and they will come.

I like this bean pot better, though. It's going to my sister for her birthday.
