What are the options for forums on the net? This one seems to be the most active. Is there one that you have to be a member of the AHS in order to join? This one is run by the NGA, so it seems "legit!"

I have been here since 2010, great site and the only site I post on. Very few restrictions, and a lot of nice people.

Yes there are forums where you have to be an AHS member to join, they have an email mailing list (called the Robin although there are other paper Robins for AHS members) and also an online forum for members only which is not as active as this NGA site. The AHS also has a Facebook page but I don't know if you have to be a member to join it. Many AHS members post here in the NGA daylilies forum.

@Scapehunter. I've been here for a year and have received wonderful advice and conversation on the daylilies! Love the NGA.

There is also a daylily forum on the Gardenweb.
