All gorgeous blooms guys!

I'm watching Henry's posts to see how the indoors ones go! I've been in love with these plants for a couple of years from trips to Mexico, and just got back from hawaii... so of course they're on my mind again! Couldn't overwinter outdoors here, but they might like our summer heat!

Any recommendations for what might do best in the cooler/drier indoors for winter? I'd want a fragrant one, and love the pink/orangey combinations of colors like Letiticia and Kimo pics posted above...

Kelly, I strongly recommend that you get a plumeria you love, and let it go dormant in the winter (in a cool but frost free space) just like they do almost everywhere.

OK, so a few questions. How much time at what temps do they need to survive? Wondering if it makes sense to start some now, or wait until next year.

Would I take it from outside to the frost free place or keep it inside for some time? I have either heated house with windows, or garage that doesn't freeze, but no windows... no basement with windows or windows in garage... I always wonder do you need light for plants that are going dormant? Have only ever overwintered dahlia bulbs in the garage...

What size pot do they need? What type of soil?

garage will be fine, they don't need light when they are dormant.
very well draining soil, and the biggest pot you can give them, remember, these are TREES...
