Dave, I am having a problem
For Clematis, I put in a search for white and tolerates full sun. Mine did not come up and both characteristic are in the description. Also the data base would not let me add my plant. ( That's the problem, it would not let me add a plant.) I know you are working on this so maybe it will let me later. GREAT JOB BY-THE-WAY

What do you mean it wouldn't let you add a plant? As in add a new entry? Were you trying to add Huldine? It's already in the database.

No, when I did a search for white clematis for full sun, mine did not show up. I know it is in there, but it does not come up when you do a search.

I went to the search page:

and I checked off:

Bloom Color (Tepals): White/Cream/Silver hue
Preferred Light: Prefers full sun

I then clicked search and it found 7 plants. One of those was 'Hundine'.

I tried the same but instead of 'prefers full sun', I checked 'tolerates full sun' and got an entirely different list. Maybe having those two similar choices is not such a good idea.

Really those don't even belong. So much of the Clematis architecture is redundant with the primary details. We're going to have to address this sooner or later.

Thats what happened I checked 'tolerates full sun' just like Calif_sue did. Good point sue!
