I read this on Cubits, too, Sharon and just wanted to post an extra thank-you! The perfect write-up for jogging our memories, memories of thankfulness.

I once wrote a story of my Daughter and I sitting in the back of my van reading books. It was one of those "little thing" moments, still treasured to this day. I sometimes go back and re-read it, just to remember its importance.

"Look Nana, God is running out of paint tonight, it’ll be dark now.”"

Right there with that grandson! I love that perspective. As a child in the mountains when I was up way before dawn I thought I might need to throw a stick or stone over the tree-tops to wake the sun itself. More'n likely I had important things to do that day, eh?

Hope this finds you and all others reading this blog, having a nice and pleasant day!

Best to All!

It's for sure God painted my day with sunshine today!

Yeah, it's the little things.
Shoe, thank you.

Vic, hoping this sunshine and this beautiful day erase your heartbreak of the moment.

Thank you so much for that beautiful story. I too love pockets, but never realized how important the little things are that I place there. One small memory I shall put in my heart pocket happened just a month ago when my great-granddaughter looked at the sleeping dolly I placed in her arms and she said, "I really love her". She had just turned two.

Sharon, you are the best!!!!! Group hug
